Face to face interview (F2F)

Our trained and experienced interviewers will attend at home doors, shops or shopping centers to fill up pre-tested questionnaires with pre-screened respondents individually. F2F interview can be conducted in different target markets such as:

  • Interview at home
  • Interview at shops
  • Interview in shopping centers
  • Interview in exhibitions and fairs

Central Location Test (C.L.T.)

Our company is equipped with a meeting hall which can provide seats for up to 25 persons. Recruited respondents will test presented products (usually household) and submit their opinions.

Computer Aided Telephone Interview (C.A.T.I.)

One of the most useful and used software applications in fields of research is “NIPO” produced in Netherlands. JMR is the only license holder of this software in Iran.

Advantages:

  • Simultaneous and integrated monitoring of all interviewers and providing accurate and real-time statistics of the field operation
  • Applying strict quota on respondents with possibility of simultaneous control and supervision over quotas in field operation automatically

Car clinic

This type of research is used to evaluate appearance and technical status of a vehicle before its mass production. The vehicle and similar ones will be shown in a large hall for the invited respondents to test and declare their opinions about the cars in terms of appearance, technology, comfort, amenities and etc. This method can near up produced vehicles to the consumers’ interests.

Focus Groups Discussions (F.G.D.)

Focus group discussion is one of the most widely used methods of qualitative research in which a group of people who are a sample of designed target market will be invited in groups of 8 to 10 to our office. Participants will express their beliefs and attitudes associated with a product, service,concept, advertisement or an idea. Interviewees would freely discuss their points of views along with the guidance of experienced moderator. This amount of information would not be obtainable in quantitative studies. The main features and capabilities of JMR for holding these meetings are:

  • FGD meeting room with capacity of 8 to 10 persons

  • Observation room equipped with two-way mirror

In-Depth Interviews (I.D.I.)

In-Depth Interviews is usually conducted with people who have deep and specialized information about a product or service. Obviously more detailed information will be assumed in terms of quality for the particular product or service.

Home visits (H.V.)

In order to understand and evaluate the patterns, conditions and factors affecting the purchase, usage, and satisfaction of a product (mainly home appliances), a visit will be arranged with the residents inside their house. Supervisors along with the client will ask and also observe general overview of consumer satisfaction with the product.

Mystery shopping

Mystery shopping is used to measure service quality, regulation compliance, collect certain information for a defined product. Interviewer with hidden identity will visit selling locations. They will buy the defined product, ask questions, register a complaint or observe sales staff behavior in a certain professional way. Then observations feedbacks will be gathered in a complete and accurate report.

Online Internet surveys

Internet polls are one of the most widely used method of data collection.Survey forms with a very low cost and high speed are designed for audiences around the country and worldwide, and respondents will provide their opinions online.In order to conduct these surveys, according to research objectives, a large panel will be designed for people in various economies, society, culture, and etc. they will fill up online questionnaire in the shortest possible time with the highest accuracy and quality.
